| Direct Debit |
You can make regular payments to COSMIC through your bank or building society account. Even a small sum paid monthly really mounts up over a year and is a very convenient way of giving to COSMIC. Once you've set up the Direct Debit, you don't have to do anything. Just download the Direct Debit form, sign it and return it to us at the address on the form.
You can also make your donation to us qualify for Gift Aid. This will increase the value of your Direct Debit donations to us by almost a third at no extra cost to you.

| Payroll Giving |
Payroll Giving is a simple and tax effective way to make regular donations to COSMIC.
Donations made through the Payroll Giving scheme are taken from your gross pay. This means that, for every £1 you donate to COSMIC, you will actually only pay 78p (or 60p if you are a higher rate taxpayer). The Inland Revenue will then give us the difference. Your donation costs you less, and COSMIC gets more. It's simple and effective.

| Legacies |
COSMIC relies heavily on the generosity and support of the families and friends of those whose lives have been touched by St Mary's PICU, or of those who are fortunate enough to have had healthy children but who wish to help those who are not so lucky.

Paediatric intensive care is very expensive. Equipment and drugs are constantly being outdated and research needs top grade people.
A bequest from you in your Will would help us enormously in continuing to offer the quality of care we provide in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit.
